Big Haircut

So, what better way to spread the love on Valentine's Day than to take your 10 month old to get his 1st haircut?!?
Tom's dad has taken all his grandson's to his barber to get their 1st haircuts, so Henry had to keep with Louis tradition.
( my child is not wearing shoes because he dropped one of them in the garage... just so you know:)
Had to get a "before" photo
Can you tell what a fine establishment it was??

Getting tied down

(Not every boy gets to have a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader witness their 1st haircut)

All ready!

The first snip

This is where I started to get nervous.
Really? Cut off the entire side burn????

Not fun anymore!

PawPaw wiping Henry's nose- Yowza!

Showing Henry the shears

PawPaw was so proud!!

All done with the cutting...

... and on to the styling...

... which Henry did not approve of.
I agreed with Henry.

TA-DA!

3 generations of Hudson's Haircuts

It took awhile for Henry to actually smile

Getting home and sharing popcorn with Dad helped out
(Don't worry, Tom made sure he was only eating the "puffy" part)

And of course, Henry's Fun Dip from his cousin, Evie, made him feel better, too!
I don't think he'll get another haircut anytime soon.

What a great post!! Do you think Henry (Tom) is trying to redeem his manhood from the Valentine's Day post? Going to a place that is adorned with life size Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader cut outs?

Oh the trauma! Too cute! Ainsley's 1st haircut is way way off in the future!

And I love his Valentine's Day outfit! Tell Tom...it's not a dress!
