Henry's 1st Ailment...

(I'm going to let the picture speak for itself)

A Big Thursday

Yesterday, Liz, my friend/roommate from college, and her son, Jackson, came over from north Dallas. Liz is pregnant with her 2nd son and due in October. So good to see her and her growing family!
Jackson and Henry-checking each other out
This was funny. We were trying to get a picture of the 2 little ones together before Liz and Jackson left. Jackson did not want anything to do with Henry- whenever I put Henry down, Jackson would scoot over. Poor Henry...don't worry though, he was up and breathing right after I took the picture.

Thursday night, my great aunt, Katharine, and my cousin, Clara, were in town from Shreveport.
We had dinner and a great time catching up.
It's crazy to think that I can remember Clara when she was Henry's age. It's been neat to watch her grow up and I can't wait to see what she'll do with her life!

Ball Game- Take 2....

On Saturday night, we went to the Rangers game, again. As we pulled up to the parking space, it started to lightening and sprinkle. We sat in the car for a little while, hoping for the rain to let up. When we realized that it was only going to get worse, we decided to run for it. Tom put a blanket over Henry's head (we're real smart, you know) and we ran- all while the rain started to pour down. From under the blanket, we heard Henry laughing! I wish I could have gotten a picture of it! By the time we got to an entrance, we were soaked!

Here is a picture that I did get. Notice the blur- that's because it was so muggy, the lens fogged up.

Because of the hour and 20 min rain delay, we only stayed through the 1st inning.

Henry Slideshow

I took these pics of Henry last week. I think they're pretty cute, if I say so myself.

Meeting Baby Evie

This weekend, Tom, Walter, Megan, Henry and I took a quick trip to Houston to meet Baby Evie. Ryan and Mary Pat are doing a wonderful job as new parents and Evie is such a precious baby!

Tom was confused why I was taking pictures of our arrival. It needed to be documented, duh.

Some pics

Sitting up much better. He isn't able to do this all the time- it was one of those freak things that I happened to capture on film.

He could do this all day long

Ode to the Olympics

The first 4 mins of the video pertain to the Olympics. Pretty funny!

Doctor's Visit

Weighing in at 17.2 lbs
26.25 inches tall
(That's the 90th percentile, people)
"Sometimes I bring a pickle with me and I put it next to me right there on the table...in case the doctor wants to fold the whole thing up for a to-go order" (quote Jerry Seinfeld)
Just as happy as can be!
Not so much anymore- after the shots.

4 months today

It's crazy how fast Henry has grown! I tried to get artsy and took these pictures to try to capture his little features . I also included his first sonogram. It blows my mind to think that he started out looking like a bean, grew inside me, and now every inch of him is perfect!

I love how the tops of his feet are so fat

That's his knee
