Since Tom had time off last week, we traveled over to the Port City for the weekend. It was great to be there for Sarah Grace's 1st birthday party and Mother's Day.
Madeline and Henry had a sleepover at my parents' house. MG enjoyed sitting in on their breakfast.
We got to enjoy a relaxing morning with my sister, Sarah, and Liam (who now live in Shreveport).
Madeline was nice enough to share one of her hats with Margaret :)
That afternoon we got dressed to go Sarah Grace's birthday party.

Madeline and Henry disappeared for a while... turns out Madeline was playing dress up with her cousin...he was her "prince"... she was thoughtful enough to give Henry a male doll to play with.

Henry got his first "taste" of crawfish.Great party, Elizabeth and Chris....FYI- Henry calls my sister, Elizabeth, Aunt Beezie (that was her nickname growing up) or sometimes Aunt ABCD.

On Mother's Day, we went to church with my whole family and then out to lunch.
I thought it was appropriate for Margaret to wear one of my old dresses on Mother's Day :)

It was a great day spent with family- especially with my wonderful mother and my sisters who are amazing moms, too.
