State Fair

Life has been kinda crazy with Tom working nights this month. But we did make time to visit the Texas State Fair one last time before we move. Who knows if we'll ever make it back?? We'll see...

 

It was a quick visit... but a good one.

 

 

We started off with Fried Jambalaya... it was very very good.

Then Fried Pecan Pie.... also a hit.

Next was the best pretzel you can imagine.

Then we ended our eating adventure with Fletchers' Corn Dogs.

 

 



 

Visited the petting zoo.

I can relate to this mama...

Not sure what MG liked the most... the animals or the "hanitizer".

Margaret was in hog heaven putting items in and out of her basket.



 

Henry's 1 request- ride the bumper cars.... I might have gotten a little aggressive.

At Simon's last doc appt, the pediatrician said he could eat anything...

 

We didn't get to go into the car show this year, but the kids had fun playing in this truck while we ate our corn dogs.

 

Set the camera up on an electrical box and voila, a family pic.
